Last year when I would take outfit photos, I always had trouble with keeping Atlas out of the pictures. I thought I was doing a good job until I looked at the pictures and realized that I had been photobombed by that little cutie. Click here to see the blog post that I’m talking about.

Luckily for me, instead of relying on the self-timer, Jeremy takes my photos for me now and notices when little feet are in the shot. Atlas was determined to be a part of this outfit post. And Shade followed right along with him. Of course, anytime that I WANT to get pictures of them they’re in no mood to cooperate.

These shots weren’t easy to get. This is me telling him to “stand over there.”

And this is the joy of being a fashion loving mommy! Things don’t always go as planned. Sometimes you have something to distract the kids while you get outfit pictures. Other times you get to just roll with the punches and whatever happens, happens!

This outfit is always my go-to outfit this time of the year. I love that the dress I bought a few years ago perfectly matches the cute sweater that I’ve owned since I was a teenager. And then I picked up these cute shoes that match the pink in the dress. It was definitely one of those “surprise, we’re sitting in your closet and we match!” outfits. Plus it’s warm, comfortable, and just screams Happy Holidays! Have a great Monday, everyone!
