As much as I love shopping at name brand stores, there’s just something that makes me feel GREAT about shopping at small businesses. Sure, sometimes they can be a lot more expensive than name brand stores, but I love how much care they put into their products. It’s not just a product to them, it’s a representation of who they are and what they love. And I think the amount they value their product plus the amount of time they put into making it reflects the price. I, for one, will never mind paying more for something that I know is loved by the person who made it.
So I encourage everyone to remember to shop small and support those people who truly appreciate your business. I’ve created a wishlist below of some of my absolute favorite products right now. Please send me links for any small business stores that you recommend! I would love to visit them.
